La Direction de l’eau et de l’assainissement (DEA) est chargée de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de la politique départementale en matière d’Assainissement. Elle construit, exploite et entretient les ouvrages du réseau départemental d’assainissement. Ses missions principales consistent à lutter contre les inondations et la pollution, d’entretenir le patrimoine en assurant la sécurité de la population ainsi que des personnels intervenant dans les réseaux et de développer une gestion solidaire de l’eau.

Elle participe à des projets innovants et ambitieux (Jeux Olympiques 2024, projets de transports, plan Bassins, reconquête de la place de l’eau…).


Vos missions:

Vous évoluerez dans une équipe de 5 personnes et serez rattaché au chef de bureau. Vous êtes responsable d’un parc d’automate (150) et vous participez dans le cadre de votre travail à la préservation du cadre de vie des habitants de Seine-Saint-Denis et de leur environnement. L’objectif du service est d’assurer la gestion des effluents 24h/24 7j/7 (lutte contre les inondations et les pollutions) et d’assurer la sécurité des accès en égouts (700km de réseau, 400 interventions/an)


Vos missions principales:
• Gére r un parc de 150 automates, concevoir des évolutions, les implémenter et les tester avant leur mise en production,
• Contr ôler, diagnostiquer, et identifier les anomalies éventuelles,
• Pilo ter le système informatique de GMAO, contribuer à la gestion patrimoniale avec la production de tableau de bord du patrimoine,
• Suivre les fournisseurs et les achats,
• Etre force de proposition pour faire évoluer le fonctionnement des stations locales,
• Accompag ner et former les membres du bureau.

Votre profil:

Vous possédez une formation de niveau Bac +5 type Ingénieur Automatismes Industriels ou équivalent et justifiez d'une première expérience stage ou alternance acceptés.
La maîtrise de la programmation d’automate SCHNEIDER serait un plus.
Vous avez des connaissances en informatique industrielle, hydrologie.

Struc turé et méthodique, vous êtes l’élément technique central pour le bon fonctionnement du système d’information. Vous travaillerez de manière collaborative avec différents bureaux du service sur des projets d’envergure.

Your team
You will be part of our information technology (IT) security teams, either in the Digital Security Services Division (in the Directorate General Information Systems) or in the Market Infrastructure Support Division (in the Directorate General Market Infrastructure and Payments).

We design, implement and operate IT security solutions and carry out information security governance tasks. We provide bank-wide assurance on IT security risk and organise, monitor and coordinate horizontal activities relating to IT risks and operational risk management. We are currently working on supporting the organisation in the adoption of cloud solutions.

In your role as a trainee in one of our IT security teams, you will help to protect the IT assets of the ECB and the European System of Central Banks. This will involve working closely with stakeholders in the ECB’s Directorate General Information Systems, Directorate General Market Infrastructure and Payments, and other business areas, as well as with the EU national central banks.

As a trainee in the Market Infrastructure Support Division, you will:

support the second-line activities of TARGET Services by reviewing (cyber) threats and developing threat scenarios, in particular assessing information security controls and the cyber resilience status of the Eurosystem’s market infrastructure, such as T2, TIPS and T2S.

Your team
You will be part of one of five divisions in the Directorate General Market Operations: the Bond Markets and International Operations Division, the Financial Operations Services Division, the Money Market and Liquidity Division, the Market Operations Analysis Division or the Market Operations Systems Division.
Our Directorate General has around 180 staff responsible for preparing and executing the monetary policy and foreign exchange operations of the Eurosystem. We manage the ECB’s foreign reserves and own funds, and we develop and maintain the framework for its financial market activities. We also coordinate the implementation of the Eurosystem’s asset purchase programme and reserve management services.
To effectively achieve our goals, we monitor and analyse financial market developments that are relevant for market operations. As well as maintaining regular contact with financial market participants, our Directorate General works closely with other ECB business areas, the national central banks (NCBs) of EU Member States and the Group of Ten central banks.
Market Operations traineeships are aimed primarily at graduates with an interest in data management, financial markets and/or monetary policy implementation.

Your role
As a trainee in the Directorate General Market Operations, you will contribute to the operational and analytical tasks of your division, working closely with experts on a diverse range of monetary policy activities. Market Operations Analysis Division

helping maintain and enhance the Eurosystem collateral framework on a policy, operational, and technical level by performing data analysis activities, testing software and improving internal business intelligence reporting;
monitoring and assessing the financial eligibility of monetary policy counterparties and contributing to the analysis of topics such as minimum reserve requirements, targeted longer-term refinancing operations, emergency liquidity assistance and Eurosystem balance sheet items.

Market Operations Systems Division

analysing and configuring new financial instruments in the ECB’s treasury management system, reflecting changes in the operational framework and supporting users at the ECB and NCBs to ensure that Eurosystem operations can be processed smoothly;
bringing innovation to business processes by leveraging automation, new technologies, data analytics and visualisation tools; building synergies with other ECB business areas.

The Directorate General Statistics has around 350 staff providing statistical products and services, as well as a whole range of aggregated and disaggregated data, to inform not only central banking and banking supervision policy decisions but also the public at large. This is done in close collaboration with the European System of Central Banks, the European Commission (namely Eurostat), the banking industry, national competent authorities and international bodies.

In your role as a trainee, you will directly contribute to the work of the Directorate General at what is a very interesting and exciting time, as we are currently revamping data reporting from banks and developing new European data products and services. By joining the Directorate General, you will form part of a team responsible for collecting and validating data, producing and publishing statistical indicators and keeping the related documentation fit for purpose.
