Objectifs pédagogiques

The module intends to familiarize students with jargon and concise definition of the most important contemporary management idea, i.e. prospective towards sustainability.
It aspires to give them the opportunity to sharpen the analysis skills, so that they can understand and determine what is relevant about their context and the implications of this for their future designs.
It finally aspires to sharpen the interpersonal skills so that they can sell their change ideas to others.
This course intends to provide participants with the basics of an understanding of principles, tools and main elements to apply in their own business environment. 

Compétences visées

At the end of the lectures, the student should be able to:
  • Comprehend the organizational context: the role of culture, attitude and behaviours inside the organization
  • Give reflectivity on a new managerial situation?
  • ??Become familiar with the idea of dealing with trends and emerging phenomenons for modeling future scenarios
