Objectifs pédagogiques
The semester provides students with strong, baseline project management skills. Industry leaders from UC Berkeley and Silicon Valley will teach project management best practices, tools and techniques to effectively management projects from project initiation and planning, through execution and control, and on through project delivery. Students will also complete in depth training in Agile management, mastering how to plan and manage Agile development with a wide range of techniques. By the end of this program, students will be able to effectively lead projects in technology, life science, construction, financial services, health care, and other industries. Students will learn from individual assignments, quizzes, exams, presentations, and group projects. Through daily instruction and mentoring, students will have a high quality, immersive experience in beautiful Berkeley.

By the end of this program students will:
- Develop a complete set of skills to be effective project managers.
- Undergo pragmatic, end-to-end training on all project management process groups, knowledge areas, tools and techniques, and best practices.
