Objectifs pédagogiques
Business Communications, oral and written efficiency are adamant skills for modern successful managers and leaders. Persuading, transmitting, managing, motivating, etc. are key to contribue to any environment’s collective intelligence. This course covers keys to better understand both oneself and the other(s), and to use various methods and styles in written and oral communications, including in multicultural situations.
Objectives
1) To offer students with a better understanding of self and others, and how to use this ability to understand various thinking and communicating patterns in their ever-day and business life. Receive and give feedback, persuade, influence.
2) To help students improve their oral and written communications skills, applied in specific situations such as meetings, public speech, negotiations and multicultural management
